Carl M Freeman Companies Giving back to the communities in which we live, work and play is deeply rooted in our company culture and we take pride in our continued support of non-profit organizations. While we are happy to review all requests made, filling out this form does not guarantee that a donation will be made. Donations are made at the sole discretion of the Carl M. Freeman Companies. Requests must be made at least 30 days prior to the event to be considered. All donation requests will be reviewed within two weeks. The organization requesting the donation will be contacted by email, regardless of whether or not the request is approved. We kindly request that you identify which of our three courses that you would like a donation from: Bear Trap Dunes or Bayside Resort Golf Club. Please note that donations are made in the form of rounds of golf at a specified course and are based on availability. Some restrictions may apply. The form below must be filled out in its entirety. Attaching your organization’s Tax Exception letter is strongly encouraged. By submitting a request you give Bear Trap or Bayside permission to contact you about offers or promotions.
